Wide range of refurbished phones
We sell refurbished phones online and at our stores. All used devices sold by Fonum go through an extensive standardized testing process of more than 40 phases which ensure their excellent operation. If required, the device is repair by Finland’s most experienced repair mechanics.
When you buy a refurbished phone, the screen or battery may have been replaced, for example. The frame may show small signs of use, and for this reason, Fonum classifies phones to four condition categories: good as new, excellent, good and moderate. The condition categories are used to assess the external condition of a phone or tablet, and we verify the operation of all devices we sell.
Fonum offers a 12-month warranty on all sold and refurbished devices. The Fonum Warranty is a voluntary seller’s warranty for Fonum clients’ added protection to complement consumer protection rights. Fonum products are covered by the liability for lack of conformity within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. The warranty is valid Finland.
Recycling old phones
As part of our operation, we also recycle mobile devices. We collect old phones and iPads you no longer need and give you a fair compensation based on the model and condition of the device. When recycling your old phone at Fonum, we ensure its appropriate and data-secure processing to protect you and the environment. Recycling old phones is environmentally significant, as it helps reduce the amount of electronic waste while enabling the reuse of critical materials. Up to 99% of a phone’s materials can be used as raw materials for new products.
